This is the single entry point for exercising a privacy right against Floxify, whether you are our customer or a business professional whose record appears in our system: access, correction, deletion/erasure, objection to processing, or an opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law.

Business-contact records in Floxify (name, title, employer) are made available to our paying business customers for B2B prospecting through our own product — not sold to unaffiliated third parties on the open market. Whether that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under the broad definitions some privacy laws use is a fact-specific legal question. We do not resolve it in our own favour: this page honours the request either way.

We aim to acknowledge within a few business days and complete verified requests within the timeframe applicable law requires (for example, 30 days under GDPR or 45 days under the CCPA, each extendable once where the law allows). Deletion of a business-contact record removes the personal identifiers from it; a company-level fact it contributed to may be retained in anonymised form — see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy for why.

Making person-level data available through a public resale API to unaffiliated third parties would make us a data broker under California law, triggering annual registration and a duty to poll the state’s Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP) at least every 45 days. We do not do this today — our product is a direct SaaS application used by our own logged-in customers, not a public data-resale API. If that changes, we will register accordingly and this page will describe the DROP-based route alongside the email route above, not instead of it.
